Township AdministrationThe Township Administration consists of the Township Manager's Office, The Administrative Assistant's Office, and the Office of the Land Use Administrator. All Offices are located in the municipal building, 157 E. Airport Road, Butler, PA 16002. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Township ManagerLinda D. ZerfossThe Township Manager is responsible for all of the daily business of the township and supervises all township employees, including the police department. She also serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the township. The manager is responsible for policy development and implementation of township directives and ordinances and takes direction from the Board of Supervisors. She also is responsible for various tasks in the township, but primarily serves a police function in being responsible for all police paperwork as part of the permanent files of the township. Linda is also the primary contact for burning permits in the township as well as head payroll clerk. Linda celebrates 30 years of employment this year with Penn Township. He also serves in a capacity to assist the Township Manager on other items as directed. The Land Use Office for Penn Township has a fully functional Geographic Information System listing all township properties. If a resident has a formal complaint, it must be submitted in writing on forms provided by the township. This form can be obtained by clicking the download on this page. This form must also be completed to obtain public documents and must be specific in nature as to the desired documents to obtain.
